Balanced Scorecard
A Balanced Scorecard is used by industries throughout the world. It is a framework that helps organizations put strategy at the center of the organization by translating strategy into operational objectives that drive both behaviour and performance. At this point the majority of MHCP indicators are mandatory reporting by the MOHLTC. We anticipate that our scorecard will be revised next spring following our strategic planning process.
