Outpatient Services Program
The Outpatient Services Program (OPSP) is a community based program of the Mental Health Centre Penetanguishene providing holistic care and wellness promotion to adults with a serious mental illness living in North Simcoe.
We operate according to the Principles of Psychosocial Rehabilitation which recognizes the capacity of individuals and organizations to grow and change. In addition to direct services we are active in systemic advocacy and community development.
LOCATION
Outpatient Services is located at 522 Elizabeth Street in downtown Midland.
The closest intersection is First Street & Elizabeth Street & you can find our building behind the library & adjacent to the 3 free hour parking lot located off First Street.
We are a wheelchair accessible site via the Elizabeth Street entrance.
Our reception area is located on the lower level and we have staff located on the first, second and third floors. Our hours of operation start at 8:00 am and end at 4:30 pm. The reception area is open to the public from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
