Infrastructure Ontario and MHCP Release RFQ for Forensic Rebuild Project
On August 17, 2009, Infrastructure Ontario, in partnership with Mental Health Centre Penetanguishene released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to design, build, finance and maintain the new state of the art Forensic Building.
